We accept consignment appointments Tuesday - Friday from 11:30am - 6:00pm and Saturday at 10:00am. Consignment is seasonal, all first time consignors require an appointment. Please call (703) 437-8733 to book your appointment.
Term: Consignment items remain at N’Used for 90 days; 60 days at the determined price and 30 days at ½ off.
Condition: All consigned items must be dry cleaned or freshly laundered. Garments must be on hangers and wrinkle free (a $2.00 per item steaming fee will be charged if items do not meet this requirement), stains, tears, pulls, and pilling. Sorry, we cannot accept items in garbage bags or in boxes. They should be delivered in “ready to wear” condition, free of all allergens (pet fur, smoke, mothball odor, under arm stains, etc). N’Used may respectfully decline items that are too dated and/or do not reflect the N’Used customer.
Items: Consignors may bring a maximum of 30 items per consignment. Garments must be in season. We do not accept suits, bridal wear, athletic wear, shoes, undergarments, swim wear and costume jewelry. We offer drop offs to existing consignors. If you choose to drop off, kindly bring in up to 30 items following our conditions above. Keep in mind, items will not be inspected upon drop off and items that we cannot accept will be automatically donated to a local charity. We typically have two "blackout months" when we do not accept any new merchandise as we transition into major seasons.
Pricing: We follow industry standard by pricing 1/3 of retail value depending on the condition and wear. NWT (new with tags) brings more!
